Fees

Individual sessions last for 50 minutes.

I operate a sliding fee scale per session or per course and negotiate this with each individual client.

I offer a reduced rate for trainee counsellors. Reductions are also available for students with valid i.d. and those on low income.

The first session is an opportunity for us to meet, to discuss your issues and agree the way we will work together.

I also run groups which offer the opportunity for an ongoing therapeutic experience in a benefiical, whilst challenging supportive group environment. This also represents a low cost alternative to individual counselling. The fee is £11 per session per participant.

Group sessions last for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
